Very simple and basic sauce which can be used for pasta’s / pizza’s etc. You can easily freeze this and warm up when needed.
Ingredients:
Pepper, Salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can of tomato cubes
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 hot pepper
2 teaspoons of oregano
1 glas of dry white wine
Preparation:
Peel and cut onion into small cubes, Mince garlic.
Clean hot pepper, remove seeds if you want it less spicy.
Heat up 1 tblspoon of oil in a small pot and fry onion, garlic and peppers briefly. Cool down with white wine and simmer until 1 tblspoon is left. Add tomato cubes and let this simmer till almost no fluid is left. Add pepper, salt, oregano for flavor.
