This is a nice way to make a salmon burger/cake to vary things up
Ingredients
2 salmon filets
3/4 cup Italian-seasoned panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
1/4 cup dried parsley
2 eggs
1 onion chopped
2 teaspoons Old Bay®
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed, divided
Directions
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
Fry the salmon 3-4 mins each side
Set aside and cool it down
Add salmon to mixing bowl and stir and divide up using a fork
Add all the other ingredients and mix it up
Form patties and fry in a frying pan using olive oil. 3-4 mins per side
