Pannenkoeken – Dutch Pancakes

This super easy recipe is very versatile and you can use anything for topping

Ingredients:

250gr flour
500ml milk
2 eggs
Pinch of salt

Mix batter and let it sit for 20 minutes
Put a small chunk of butter in pan on medium heat.
Add about 1/2 cup of batter. Make sure it spreads out evenly in the pan.
Flip pancake. Add filling to one side and fold over like an omelette. Make sure you heat both sides.

For filling:
My favorite is spek/kaas. Bacon cheese. Serve with stroop for that sweet savory combo.
Another classic is Nutella banana.
