Avocado Fries

Quick and easy dish that’s keto friendly and gluten free.

Ingredients:

1 large ripe avocado

1 egg

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450F

Mash and mix it all up

Form fries on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper

Bake for 10-15 mins until crispy and golden brown
