Artisan Bread

Whatever that means, a nice boule with a crispy crust:)

Ingredients:
3 cups bread flour
1 Tsp salt
1 Packet active yeast

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients
Add 1.5 cups warm water, mix until sticky, should not be wet.
Cover 2 hours to proof (note that this must be a warm place, mine did not proof very well)
Put flour on non stick paper
Fold into ball
Cover another 30 minutes
Preheat Dutch oven 450F
Put loaf in with sheet
Bake covered for 30 minutes
Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown
