Protein Bagels #2

Another incredibly easy recipe for quick and tasty bagels with extra protein. This time we use cottage cheese vs Greek yoghurt

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup full fat cottage cheese

1 egg
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt (can be smoked sea salt)
1 egg for eggwash
Your seasoning of choice

Directions:
Mix it all together, it will be very sticky.
Split up the dough into 4 equal parts.
Make a ball out of each part, flatten it a bit and punch a circle through it.
Stir egg and apply to bagel.
Season with your favorite seasoning, I used everything bagel, sesame and sea salt/rosemary in the picture.
Bake at 375F for 25 minutes
Note that my bagels blew up a bit, they were super yummy but they need a bigger hole if you care about that.
