I love guac, I wish it stayed fresh a bit longer but we’ll just have to eat it all:-)
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocado’s
seasalt
pepper
chili flakes
a handful of cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
lime juice
Mayonnaise (optional)
Directions:
Peel the clove, add it together with all the ingredients except the avocado’s to a blender/food processor and blend well. You may have to scrape the sides and run it again.
Now add the avocado’s, pulse a few times, don’t over blend it. I prefer it to be a bit chunky.
If you want smooth creamy guac, try adding some mayo.
Add more seasoning to taste.
Enjoy with tortilla chips or on your taco’s
