Avocado Toast

This is my easy, simple take on this staple of the Millennial’s kitchen

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread of your choice
2 avocado’s, ripe and ready to eat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice

Toppings: (this is where you can go nuts, but here is my basic)
flaky sea salt
red chili flakes
olive oil
sesame seeds

Directions:
Toast the bread
Slice the avocado’s open, scoop out the flesh in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice. Mash avocado’s, they can still stay chunky if you wish.
Divide the mixture over the 4 slices of toast.
Add your favorite toppings, or use my basics.
Enjoy!
