This is our favorite breakfast recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons melted butter
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of cardamom (optional)
Directions
Put it all in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
Heat a frying pan and add some olive oil. Pour or scoop batter in pan. A big pan can make up to 3 pancakes. Brown both sides and serve hot with your favorite kind of syrup.
